wrapped everything AMAZING! I didn’t realize so much stuff could be wrapped. They took about 5 hours to pack it all up. We did have a communication issue on delivery but Tina with Menards held my hand and talked me through everything. The following week I couldn’t get ahold of her. So contacted Joseph (the owner) and he was fantastic! Answered all my questions, got things expedited for me, even listen to me cry after United Local Movers were not the nicest. Checked in almost daily even on the weekends. With his help I got my stuff with in reason and was actually still under what other moving companies were giving me. I learned that all moving companies do operate the same about a delivery window that is wide when going across multiple states. But having Joseph’s help along the way made it a lot smoother. I did receive my belongings today, they were supposed to be here yesterday but had a tire issue, and communicated with me. They showed up on time and took them about 4 hours to unload. Did have one casualty with a table but to be honest going across the country I expected there to be some. So all in all Joseph was amazing! Thank you and kindness does go a long way.
